Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability

As a company concerned with construction, re-development and regeneration, we are acutely aware of the impact we have on the environment, on communities and on people – so we take our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) duties very seriously indeed.

Indeed, we work with Schools, whose students are at once acutely aware of environmental concerns and care about a sustainable future. As a result, the schools we work with must care also, as must we.  We want to ensure that the youngest generations grow into sustainable futures.

At 333, we are passionate about creating sustainable and green futures wherever and however we can.

Those responsibilities commence when we begin discussions with partner schools, in ensuring that our proposed developments both help the school, enrich landscapes in which they will be built and bare minimal environmental factors in relation to ecosystems, wildlife, green areas and biodiversity.

We always seek to be satisfied that we can measurably benefit the schools and places in which we build (and to a standard that conforms to our CSR policies), only then do we proceed with acquisition and subsequent development. At all stages of planning, construction and completion, we liaise with local authorities, local people and local groups to ensure that we are achieving results that are both acceptable and welcomed by local communities.

Wherever possible, we contribute positively to the localities in which we build however we can. And where possible we plough capital, knowledge, bursaries and capabilities back into the Community in order to create rewarding legacies for the future.

We also take great care to ensure that we do all we can to make our buildings energy-efficient and have as low a low carbon footprint as possible. We welcome all input from our client schools, the public and authorised bodies that helps us to better achieve our CSR goals.
