Tim has over 30 years of industry experience across the whole of the real estate sector. He is a real estate corporate finance expert, who spent much of his career at JLL, the Global real estate firm, where he was an International Director and specialist in operational real estate.

He is the founder and principal of Space Developments, a specialist in the delivery of Residential, Healthcare, Student and Hospitality assets and Cyan Intelligent Asset Management, a leading full service asset and investment manager. He is Non-Executive Chair at 333.

FOUNDER, CEO & DIRECTOR

James is a former round the world sailor with over 25 years’ experience of working in property, sales, marketing & sponsorship.

He is the founder of 333 Homes Ltd, drawing on his experience as a former commercial development surveyor with both Colliers Stewart Newiss & later Donaldsons. He is driven and passionate about helping the UK’s top Independent Schools and pioneered advising schools to develop underutilised areas of land to deliver much needed benefits.

Above all his mantra is to protect and enhance an Institution’s’ legacy. James masterminded the award-winning project at Butleigh near Millfield school, creating premium receipts through highly successful design and quality delivery. He is a strong advocate that any school capital development project is about much more than bricks and mortar, including the legacy that such master developments leave behind. His energetic, goal-driven approach and ability to think ‘outside the box’ to achieve innovative solutions has produced well-documented results. His approach is one of integrity, enthusiasm and motivation.

James is a keen country sports enthusiast and highly accomplished yachtsman and is always happiest challenging the elements offshore.
