Our traditional development model has been working with schools since the mid 2000’s. 

As our name suggests we typically seek 3 acre plots of land, within three miles or three minutes of our partner schools. In the majority of cases, the land is already owned by the school itself.

We can offer schools a route to release capital from generally hitherto poorly managed estates and/or the promotion of strategic land assets that are owned and non-core. Historically this has been in the form of residential development (executive homes) for open market sale.

In some circumstances, affordable housing requirements are commuted to housing for junior teachers, further benefitting the School in its real estate needs. 

333 works with Schools in a number of ways. The agreement can be as simple as a conditional sale of development land or can be more complex to allow the school to be more in control of and gain a greater financial benefit from what is developed. 

Typically, houses are 4/5 bed large family homes targeted at parents of the School.
